La tv no funciono en toda la semana, primero no funcionaban los canales, lo cual tuve que esperar dos dias de reclamo para que fueran a verlo, y luego al dia siguiente ya no había volumen, y luego se puso mancha negra , por lo ue tuve 5 días sin tv y no fueron a verla. teléfono malo, no dejaba marcar a ningún teléfono, siquiera los del hotel. cocina mala, no indicaba la temperatura , lo que jamás se soluciono baño mal estado, las puertas estaban desencajadas y no cerraban colchón pésimo, se notaba los resortes, no respondían a requerimiento, aunque los hacia de manera personal en recepción, solo fueron vez a ver los temas, y no solucionaron casi nada en su oportunidad

It’s overpriced for how nasty it was when I arrived. There were red stains on the sheets and pillows. Take pictures of the mess if you decide you want to stay there and let them know immediately or else they’ll take your deposit and claim you ruined things. They have plenty of hidden fees. The elevator got stuck multiple times, and there are roaches roaming the halls. They’re really just overcharging you for location, because the hotel is just trashy.
