"While the hotel location is good, the hotel leaves much to be desired. First, we were assigned a king bed room overlooking the street with a balcony. However on our second day we were made to change rooms to a queen with no balcony. The staff messed up the reservation. Second there was no buffet breakfast. Third, there was no mention anywhere before booking about the daily resort fee of $45. I would not choose to stay at the Savoy Hotel again or recommend it to friends. For the prices charged there should be a buffet breakfast and the statf should know how to handle a reservation"

"It's located next to the Marriott Royal Palm Hotel, making it a prime location. It's not far from the shopping district, and a short walk to the Italian food street. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The lobby isn't grand, but it's quite unique, with numerous palm trees adorning the entrance driveway. There's also a palm-lined staircase leading down to the pool, giving it a very Miami-style feel. If your budget allows, I recommend booking a room with a balcony facing the ocean; it's truly worth the trip."

"Awful hotel do not touch anything in the fridge. if you touch (not eat, not open, just touch) or open the fridge - the water, drinks and food is considered sold! they will charge you after you leave. and it is impossible to quarell with them. such a cheap and dirty trick to make their clients pay for what they never used. disappointed. corridors are rusty and rude people paint walls around you when you walk inside the hotel. strange place."

"The room is very spacious, with a bathroom just as large as the room itself comfortable and with a very pleasant design. What stands out the most is the attention from the entire staff; they make you feel like “part of the family,” always attentive and helpful. The restaurant is beautiful it feels like a hidden gem right in the heart of Miami Beach. The cuisine is Italian, and most of the staff are true Italians, which really makes you feel like you’re in Italy. I will definitely be coming back."

"Terrible! The worst nobu I've ever seen! Nobu in other cities and countries are obviously very good! This one is simply garbage! Don't stay, don't stay, don't stay! All facilities are shared with Eden Rock Hotel! The lobby is shared with Eden Rock! But the price is much more expensive than it! The most outrageous thing is that the water will be cut off in the middle of the night! ! ! ! The resort hotel went back to the room with sand all over my body and went to bed without taking a shower! There was no apology, greeting or compensation! The private beach is also shared with Eden Rock! I have already paid the beach usage fee, but there are still a lot of fees when I arrived at the beach! I drank two coconuts with my friends and ended up swiping my card for more than $90 for two coconuts! I gave myself a high tip without notifying the customers! As a result, there was not even a straw in the coconut! I checked my credit card a few days later and found that a lot of money had been deducted by this crappy hotel!"
