Their lobbies are relatively small, probably because of the high cost of land in New York. The breakfast is good and the surrounding environment is very good. It is suitable for long-term vacation. The hotel is next to the beach and it is very convenient to get to the beach."

What stands out the most is the attention from the entire staff; they make you feel like “part of the family,” always attentive and helpful. The restaurant is beautiful it feels like a hidden gem right in the heart of Miami Beach. The cuisine is Italian, and most of the staff are true Italians, which really makes you feel like you’re in Italy. I will definitely be coming back."

The food was just okay, but the hotel's beach service was excellent. And yes, it does have a private beach. Personally, I don't think it offers good value for money, but the hotel staff were all very kind and exceptionally enthusiastic."

"While the hotel location is good, the hotel leaves much to be desired. First, we were assigned a king bed room overlooking the street with a balcony. However on our second day we were made to change rooms to a queen with no balcony. The staff messed up the reservation. Second there was no buffet breakfast. Third, there was no mention anywhere before booking about the daily resort fee of $45. I would not choose to stay at the Savoy Hotel again or recommend it to friends. For the prices charged there should be a buffet breakfast and the statf should know how to handle a reservation"
