"There were three boys at the reception who were informed about the stay and services, etc. / at the reception is a welcome service I did not enjoy the pool because I had little time but there were people who stayed in the pool even late afternoon/ a very clean room welcomed me and with I was very pleased to see and I can confirm that there was the Nespress machine and a bottle of mineral water grabs. A further factor for my choice! the kit bathroom toothpaste shower and spawn was not there, you have to ask to the reception //the products in the bathroom were excellent and in great quantities recommend this hotel great location and treatment recommended strongly"

"The location is perfect, 5 mins away from the beach, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, the bed, the pillows and the bed linen are super comfy. You should be ready to sleep with the earplugs in, as the Collins avenue is noisy and there is a night club next door."

"Poor service when checking in, very abrupt woman that checked us in. Room was very very small, with a very poor view, the beds at the pool were filthy. And the walk way between the pools was scruffy too. Waited ages to get the cases from reception because of how busy it was."

The city is very big and the beach is long, so I advise you to rent a car right away if you choose this hotel, otherwise the rest will only be on the beach, the distances from this hotel to everything else are very large. The staff is very friendly, the hotel itself is small, there is a restaurant inside the hotel, judging by the reviews, it is very good. If your windows overlook the road - at night it will be noisy from cars that drive with a loud exhaust or music, I advise you to take this into account in advance."

"Service at the pool took long (ordered a beer bucket, so no mixing)! Refreshment lounge keys did not work, had to walk through all the hotel buildings again. Elevator in Tresor tower took forever since two were out of service, late check out was obly granted after asking personally at the reception but denied when calling guest services (20Minutes in line)! Prive and reputation did not match the expectation"

"Property is not very up to date. Staff were polite, especially their female desk clerk. Room was clean and spacious but I had a faulty tub drain so couldn’t soak like I wanted. Also, the elevator was broken."
