Enjoyed my stay here. Staff were great. Loved the drinks at the bar. Sauna, a plus. Close and convenient. If you stay here, check out Joliet as well. Really good food. Oh, and treat yourself with a massage from one of their resident therapists. Only issue is it can get pretty loud at the bar, especially on a Friday night. But I wouldn't mind staying again in the near future. Woot!

Had a great time. I only stayed one night but will for sure be back and next time will be staying for a few days.

Little bit noisy

Big room and clean, can be noisy at night time even on the 3rd floor due to the bar below.

Booked the Studio King for my husband’s 40th birthday trip. We arrived in the afternoon and the room was ready, as we decided to extend the stay we booked the Fun King room for extra night but asked if we could keep our Studio King for the whole duration. That was not a problem as Fun King is their top room. Room was of a good size, though a bit dark. Nice bed, ok bathroom with ok ish amenities. Our room was on American 2nd floor (1st floor for the rest of the world) and although not above the bar it was rather noisy till late from the front courtyard. We got welcome drinks as part of the package though rather rude and obnoxious bartender (can’t remember her name) said she knows nothing about it, her attitude was the main reason for us not wanting to hang out in the bar. We were allowed two drinks a day including g during breakfast. On the last day we’ve first checked out to speed up the process and then went for breakfast, only to be told that we can’t have the drinks with breakfast as we just checked out?!? If we’d done it other way around the drinks would’ve been fine. We used the sauna which is small but very busy especially in the late afternoon and evening. Good 25 min walk to ocean drive so if you like to be close to the beach be prepared walk or take a cab. We didn’t use their bikes as they restrict the usage and you need to return them by certain time (can’t remember exactly). Overall an ok hotel that could do with polishing their customer service skills.

I had the worst time trying to rest and relax. My first night with you guys, around 2am, noise non stop from the courtyard woke me up and kept me up all night. My second night the noise started around 10pm, which made it impossible for me to sleep, I texted the number you gave me for assistance twice and no one ever responded. I was so tired the morning of 12/25 I just packed up and left, I let the front desk know about the issues. I was charged to stay and check out the morning of the 26th. Could not rest, so checked out a day early. Not a very good stay for me since I had gone to Miami for rest and relaxation. You can contact me at 214-505-6294 for additional comments. The staff goes above and beyond and is so great!

Really enjoyed my stay, great location walking distance to shops, cafes, beaches (walk or bike). Comfortable room, nice facilities. Staff looked after me, had a great time at the sauna and would love to return for another stay one day.
