Casa Sofi is located in between the Miami Marina and the beach, so it's perfect for walking either direction. They have a water-bottle filling station that's a nice touch and convenient. The not-so-good aspects: We received no advance instructions indicating there's a contactless check-in, which was easy once we realized what to do, but there's no one onsite to talk to about noisy neighbors, extra towels, restaurant recommendations, etc; We texted "Customer Service" several times with basic questions/requests, but received absolutely no response; There's a lot of noise from both the street and other guests, but since there's not staff onsite, noisy guests can run amok; The rooms are nice, but small and the design is impractical for travelers (for example, there's no place to open/set a suitcase except the floor or bed); There's no TV or cable, you have to use your own Amazon/Netflix account; There was no water pressure in the shower making it difficult to rinse the shampoo out of your hair; and The bed has really stiff, uncomfortable sheets. Overall, we were extremely disappointed. We expected more since the rooms are expensive. We won't stay at this hotel again.
