Hotel staff very nice and courteous, helpful
Rooms were large, modernly furnished and, above all, clean. It was cleaned every day and beds were made. However, there was no water in the room.
It's easy to get anywhere from there, a very good starting point. Unfortunately it's just a bit noisy because the hotel is in the middle of it. If you want to see Miami life, you definitely have to go there

Very comfortable and accessible. Unbeatable breakfast. The staff’s attention was satisfactory and decisive. We feel at home. On our next trip to Miami we will choose the Waldorf Towers South Beach again for our stay, either as a transit or for a longer stay in Miami.

Mr. Ruben was working at the front desk and he was very helpful. He was responsible, fast and responsive!! Nice location, close to the beach! Ruben was super helpful and sweet and he made our trip a very pleasant experience! If you like beach and be close to it this is a good location. Thank you Ruben.

Thank you so much for the service, is something a bit difficult to find in this country, the customer service was the best one, also we had such an incredible discounts in the restaurant. The hotel is near to the beach so is easy to go there anytime, also at the front there are a gym so is awesome ! Thank you so much.

Todo muy bueno. La atención del personal excelente, la limpieza de las habitaciones muy buena también, la ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, frente al mar. Tienes toallas para la playa y reposeras. Descuentos para comer en el Restaurante que está bajo el hotel.

La limpieza es terrible, tuvimos que pedir que aspiraran la habitacion ya que habia arena hasta en las sabanas y pisos. El piso de la regadera tremendo de sucio y en la habitacion faltaba un mueble para guardar la ropa doblada.
No se recomienda.
