Close to beach and good restaurants. Close to Miami Beach trolley. Quite roomy for 2 people. It felt safe. Staff always at the main reception in their other people and responsive.
Be prepared that it is minimally stocked. E.g. for the kitchen there is an oven but nothing to use in the oven.
Minimal towels - 2 regular towels for 2 people.

Room dirty
They say they will give you new towels each day, but that is false. What they don’t tell you is that you have to go to the main office approximately 7 minutes of walk from there and Bring your old towels to have new ones. A suite, i don’t think so.
The kitchen was dirty with very little cookware.
Also, sheets are dirty. The cleaning lady is « supposed » to come clean every 3 days. Well, she came, made the bed with the same sheets, left us 2 paper towels and that is it. BEWARE OF PICTURES, THE ROOM DOESN’T LOOK LIKE THIS AT ALL.

This property needs to shut down and renovate! My experience was horrible..bugs in room,dirty floors,old broke down furniture. Barely any kitchen supplies. No wash cloths! The staff was nice and tried to accommodate but there is only so much they can do when the property up keep is not up to par!

They have roaches! Floors are dirty, the soap in the kitchen is half water. Very unsanitary. Front staff and ******* were no help.
