The room is clean, the room is not cleaned every day. Good location, ten minutes walk to Miami Beach. The free parking spaces around are limited. I didn't dare to turn on the air conditioner all night, it was noisier than the sound of the bar outside, it was loud. The hotel is so perfect. I was shocked when I opened the door. There is a separate bathroom, one bedroom and one living room. You can cook. It is mainly pet-friendly. My cat likes it so much. The service at the front desk is also super good. The cat litter and pet food I bought in advance help. I signed and there is no luggage storage service, but they saw that I was alone with a cat and kindly helped me store it for several hours. Our hotel room was infested with cockroaches, they told us there was an extra room to move into so after we all packed our belongings to grab the new keys they said their actually wasn’t room. Chris and Jose helped us a lot! But eventually we left without finishing out stay bc of the Herro or sleeping conditions

Beautiful artistic styled rooms, lobby and grounds. Nathalie, the night front desk agent was absolutely incredible in basic duties, with not only me, but with every guest, while she helped me tackle a credit card problem and taught a 61-year-old retiree how to use a smartphone well! I stayed for two days, then booked 28 more because Nathalie (and Monica, the night agent sat the Southbeach affiliated Oceanside Hotel), made me feel like I was truly home. And I'm going tomove here now, because IM RETIRED! Thank you so much Nathalie, Monica, and Southbeach Group for hiring and promoting these nice people!
