這個賓館是我在美期間住的最差的變換賓館，首先服務態度差，提點個人意願，直接説no，第二，房間有味道不通風，空調直接壞在21°，無法調整，廁所窗户是封死的，排風扇是壞的，第三，價格比同級別偏貴。但，攜程客服一直很負責，贊👍

總體還可以，偏民宿性質吧，算是南海灘相對便宜的酒店了。基礎設施該有的都有，多餘的也不用奢望。距離沙灘步行七八分鐘，沿途飯店，甜品店，葯房都有。可能冬天都來避寒吧，人爆滿，我們晚上到的，想加一床毯子都沒有了。服務態度很好，水平有待提高，辦入住前面排了三個人，等了半個小時。給每個人耐心講解，我很感謝，但是解釋半天免費發飲料之類的有的沒的，重要訊息還是沒説清楚，我們住的那一棟問了好幾個人才找到。
整個邁阿密南海灘就是個度假基地，基本上沒居民，新蓋的樓也是酒店。經濟條件寬裕的，住高端酒店會舒服很多。財力不足的話，Sarasota的民宿相對便宜，離沙灘近的多，趿拉着拖鞋就能去，白沙灘也漂亮舒服的很。異域風情直接去墨西哥也能花更少錢玩更舒服。

酒店多收minibar的錢，將近25刀！然後聯繫酒店，很久才給回覆，非常墨跡！好不容易説搞錯了給退款，結果到現在還是沒看到錢到銀行卡里！
入住之後還有服務人員在我們休息時意外進入我們房間，打擾我們休息，體驗很差！

We were staying in Miami with friends for a couple of nights and this was a perfect place for it. It's really close to the beach and there's a bar downstairs that has happy hour every day with free drinks. Our room looked exactly like in the pictures and the view was also beautiful. They also have a cute rooftop pool! Gaby gave us a super warm welcome and we cannot wait to be back!

This hotel should be investigated for fraud. Just search "mini bar" in the reviews and you will see countless guests erroneously charged (like myself). I called and they gave me the same runaround that they give everyone else in these reviews. They even tried telling me the specific drinks I took, but luckily I took a photo of the mini bar and can prove they're lying. Ended up disputing with my credit card company instead of wasting anymore time here.
Other than the obvious fraud, the room was also poorly lit, appeared to be missing a shower door, the bed squeaked horribly, sheets were rough, and the air conditioning was stuck on a setting that turned off every hour.
We only stayed here because it was a last minute necessity (delayed layover flight) and because of the location to the beach. Was not worth the price.

The staff was okay. The room was an average hotel room with windows that didn't open. Pretty dark even if it's sunny out. So close to the beach.
We stayed here for 2 days but I got around 15 bedbug bites. And I still am suffering from it now. Other than bedbugs, it is an average hotel room.

I had an amazing stay at Riviera Suites South Beach. The staff were friendly and attentive. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants, and about 20 minutes to Ocean Drive. We walked everywhere and used public transit to get to Downtown Miami. We felt safe the whole time and were so happy with the location of the hotel. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.
