The hotel is comfortable, in a good location, with secure access. That is, the local law and order in Miami is very dangerous, and you can't just wander around. It is recommended to stay in a more luxurious hotel if possible, and the security is safer.

No room service and restaurants are a bit pricey in the area which is to be expected. Overall location was great 👍 and we enjoyed our stay!

Couldn’t ask for a better stay, amazing location, clean beautiful room, wonderful food and Lily took the excellent care to attend to my trip with warmth and kindness. 10/10 hospitality Highly recommend!

Loved the location at The Breakwater hotel . Rooms very good. Clean with all requirements met. Nice coffee in the room Pool is a real bonus, as was their Salsa night. Loved the meal. Location close to Mangos nightclub and a dhorg walk to loads of amenities. Thanks to Lily kai and Harold for making out stay memorable.

Room had a very stained sofa bed And curtains had whire gunk on them. Pillows and sheets were stained. the receptionist was very nice though.

Came here to celebrate a big birthday and it did not disappoint. Excellent location. Cross the road and you are right on the beach and right on ocean drive for all the restaurants and shops. We were given an upgrade to a suite and the room was brilliant and spacious. Breakfast was a bonus. Front desk very very good and beach towels are available as is water bottles after being out in the heat. Lily was fantastic, we opened communication before we flew out and she organised our Everglades tour. Staff all very friendly and happy to help. Restaurant is lively and the food was excellent. If you want a hotel right across from the beach and in the heart of the action then look no further. Would 100 per cent stay here again.

They charged me a $51/night resort fee which was not stated in my rate. They also only had one elevator which was backed up. In addition my door lock was not working when I got there. They sent a repair man that fixed it.
