The manager at the front desk was not very friendly. The breakfast was terrible, sweet corn cakes were soooo sweet and the cheese tasted weird. The King room looked at a carpark. The TV can't stream anything just local tv stations. The hotel suggested we travel with our own Rocu. Pretty funny in 2024.

I was not happy with my stay at the Hilton. I paid extra to have a balcony and originally wanted an ocean view. When I got Into the room I was looking at a parking lot which was under construction. We also were on the corner of the hall which there was a door going to different floor I assume and the every time the door opened it would squeak and would wake my wife up. The pool was ok. But Service was good. As for housekeeping, no one ever came to the room for clean up but 2 people did walk into our room twice. The first time We were laying down and We got up and left and told her we were leaving and she can clean and she said we had to tell front desk. So not sure why she walked into the room in the first place. Overall I was not satisfied and I would not stay here again.

I visited for a 3-day work meeting. The conference room was great. It seems like they are doing some additional work in the lobby as a part of it was blocked off. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and wonderful. Hope the building next door renovation is completed asap as it was a bit noisy.

I stayed at this resort in April 2018 and April 2024. This a great resort! The employees are friendly and have great customer service. The hotel rooms are great, accommodating and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The resort is located steps from the beach and in great location on Collins Ave. The weather for me was great between 70's in the morning and 80's in the afternoon.

Stayed for 3 nights while traveling on business. I do not really write reviews often but this stay deserves one because of the great people. 3 people at the front desk were awesome. Maybe, Devin and Roxanna. Maybe was great and professional at check in and then helped me throughout my stay to make it even better always with a smile. Devin, friendly and upbeat personality and helpful when trying to locate package. Roxanna helped me at checkout with smooth efficient service. All were helpful, friendly, professional and just good people providing great service. I travel and sometimes get good service. Here every interaction was perfect. We took three rooms for my colleagues and me. All the rooms were nice, clean and fresh. Bar out near the pool area was good chill. Bartender, forgot his name, also great service. Thank you for the stay. Well done!

Staff at Hilton Cabana was amazing. Very family friendly hotel. We went during spring break and there were lots of families. The Hilton is being renovated so a bit of construction but no noise or disruption. The room was great, super clean, and completely renovated. Breakfast was great and the coffee shop was a hit in the am for a quick bite. We also loved the bar by the pool and house music playing. The chicken fingers were killer and the kids had them every day for lunch! Great location close to all. I will definitely revisit!

Everything was excellent til saw roach at end, access to beach, location, cleanliness, food number of pools 3. Rooms are updated with refrigerator. Nice size tv and access to other restraunts was walking distance. I don't know if bug issue is one time thing just hope didn't get in my clothes my biggest fear
