The Cadillac Hotel is really beautiful hotel and we had a fantastic time with all the amenities. The pool staff and servers were incredibly friendly and efficient. The rooms were fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. The lobby bar had great cocktails and is cool place to take pictures. We were able to walk to beach were they had endless loungers, and staff were extremely helpful. The Cadillac is also located to many other restaurants and attractions, which was great if you’re coming back from a night out. Unfortunately, the Cadillac failed in some areas. My flight came in very late and entrance was hard to navigate. There were two night attendants chatting to themselves and didn’t acknowledge my arrival. I was very confused on where to enter, since the entrance at the time was lowly lit. So, I went to where I thought was the entrance but was the hotel restaurant. I was scolded by a staff member for entering and was told go across the street. With my all my luggage in hand I proceeded across the street to the incorrect hotel. Only then did I notice the hotel entrance. Luggage in hand I proceeded to cross the street WALKING UP THE STAIRS to the entrance. At this point I was extremely annoyed with door attendants. My recommendation, don’t arrive at night. Especially if you’ve traveling for a while and unfamiliar with Miami. Night staff are not very attentive. I’ve stayed at many Autograph Collation Hotels and would have scored this hotel higher. This was the first time this brand of hotels was a good visit (as opposed to a GREAT visit)
