Paulo is awesome! My wife and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary at this hotel. Paulo allowed us to bring our own champagne and helped us a lot, such as making dinner reservations for us, which was very thoughtful. The front desk staff upgraded us to a suite, which was very beautiful. They didn't overcharge us or tell us anything. They just did it silently. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel welcome as we travel frequently. Thumbs up!

Unfortunately we had high hopes for a hotel like this. No one was able to listen our complaints and we were never called back from anytime regarding any of our issues. Valet was horrible and housekeeping was also the same.
