LOCATION IS GOOD, ROOM IS COMFORTABLE

I was very disappointed with our recent stay. Upon checking the room, I discovered a large yellow stain on the mattress box, which was extremely off-putting and raised serious concerns about cleanliness. I took a photo as evidence—it was not something you'd expect in a professionally managed hotel. To make matters worse, my son was bitten by a mosquito while inside the room, which suggests poor pest control or gaps in room maintenance. This made the stay uncomfortable and concerning, especially for families. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both cleanliness and room hygiene, as these are basic expectations for any hotel stay

Comfortable hotel, in the heart of Miami Beach. Great location on Washington Ave., one block from Lincoln Rd and the food street Espanola Way, 5 minutes walk from the beach and another 10 minutes from Ocean Drive. The hotel is very well managed with excellent maintenance. The staff are helpful, friendly and kind, they go the extra mile to satisfy us, above and beyond. The building is historic, has undergone several renovations and will undergo another one starting in August of this year. Even so, it is a comfortable, super clean and pleasant hotel. I stayed in a corner suite with an incredible view, super comfortable, with practical and beautiful furniture, the bed is excellent with a super comfortable king size mattress for a good night's sleep, the bathroom is bright, with a strong shower, quiet, cable TV and fast Wi-Fi. The hotel has a rooftop pool with an incredible view of the beach and the city of Miami Beach. Breakfast is à la carte, where the amount charged for the destination fee can be used. It's worth it, I recommend it.
