First, when I arrived there was no one at the reception, there was a handwritten paper to call, the person who did the check-in didn't even have a uniform, he looked more like a janitor on duty, there were clearly people on ***** in the common spaces, the smell of ***** is very strong (********* and other *****), during the night I heard screams, doors slamming, loud music, people arguing. There was no blanket available, the towels have a nasty smell, and the sheets look like they've been used (not cleaned). The room is in need of renovation, the ceiling is sagging, the floor is loose and dirty, the air conditioning does not work properly, the paint on the walls is peeling and had whip sticking to them, the room does not look like the pictures. And as if it couldn't get any worse, there were cockroaches in the bedroom.

The pictures for the Harrison are very misleading. My mother, daughter and myself came to Miami for my daughter's 22 birthday. This experience was my worst. I really wished I hadn't went over my budget, because I definitely would have went to another hotel. The hotel was old outdated. The sheets and towels had stains all over them. I'm glad I bought my own. I always travel being prepared for anything. Now on our last day here, they were painting and spraying down the stairs lol. Let's see what that does. I'm sorry I didn't take pictures, my mother told me I should have. I forgot. My apologies. I'm not exaggerating.

No parking service, really bad hygiene, no elevator, huge dirty corridors, bugs in the rooms, corpses of bugs on the walls, towels have not been cleaned at all, and there are traces of other people's use on them.

The hotel did not have my paid reservation. The door to my floor was broken and I had to circle around to the other half of the hotel to get to my room. The access card card to my room did not work on the second day. No covers on the bed. Roaches.

The staff are extremely nice and really work hard to make your stay pleasant, but the hotel is definitely more basic than it looks on the photos.

El hotel esta bien ubicado en la zona, tiene agua caliente, aire acondicionado decente pero, el techo vota mucha carcoma, el piso se siente sucio y lodoso, aparecen sus curianitas o cucarachitas pequeñas y el ruido de otra habitación se escucha entre las demas. Nota este hotel dice que ofrece desayuno pero no te lo brindan porque el encargado solo tiene este dato puesto ahí pero no lo cumple favor tomar eso en consideración que es algo de mal gusto poner opciones que no cumplen.

Great location and charming character to the building. Stay was spoilt by the lack of cleanliness and cockroaches present in bathroom. I’ve stayed in hotels before in hot and humid climates and to be honest you can expect the odd insect etc. but this was just neglect of cleanliness. It’s a really shame as the hotel feels like it was once something special. .
