The service was okay, it's a pity that you can't pay the deposit in cash, only with a credit card, because you lose money due to currency conversion. Moreover, the hotel is in a good location, a bit far from South Beach but close to the beach. I recommend!

Very nice hotel three minutes walk from the beach. The hotel is kind enough to lend beach umbrellas and chairs, which is a real plus. Free parking is very advantageous but does not exempt you from the risks associated with open car parks or vandalism. Anyway, the welcome and the Service were great as was the swimming pool when returning from the sea.
A free bus stop two minutes walk to reach south beach is also a big plus....

It’s a motel, and it’s not fancy, but it does all the things you need to at a high-level. Staff are nice, room was spotless and updated. You are one block from the beach, and they even provide beach towels/chairs/umbrellas. we had a wonderful stay.

Good economical option in close proximity to the beach. We were pleased with the location for a budget option that was clean and comfortable. Area was noisy but that can’t be helped. Staff was friendly. Small issue with TV and WiFi but was able to fix both. Overall the place was clean, convenient and would recommend.

This reminds me of the type of place we would have stayed as a family in the 60's...it's an old-fashioned style motel, centered around a pool.
The building is obviously old, but in pretty good shape.
The lobby has a strong odor of urine, for some reason. It looks clean, but there's definitely a smell.
The room was clean, but has a damp smell. The bathroom was very clean, and I appreciate that. The towels are small, but soft. The bed was clean and pretty comfortable.
The decor is not great, avocado green curtains and pretty worn out carpet.
For the price, it was fine. Very convenient location. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
