Excellent hotel for a short or long stay in Miami Beach. The hotel's restaurant has excellent food and the hotel is very charming.
Spacious room with excellent bed. Only observation is that the sockets in the bathroom did not work. But nothing to get in the way. The hotel also did not provide plug adapters.

I rated this hotel stay as a 3 star mainly because the nights were extremely noisy with the room above until 3am and even outside street repair at 2am. The highlight was the bartender who was very personable and timely. Even he felt understaffed. The room wasn’t too bad but could have been cleaned better. Ran out of Kleenexes the first day and was never replaced. The side lamp bulb was burnt out and never replaced. The a/c was blowing directly on our faces. Both of us got colds. Restaurants around the hotel were overpriced and the food tasted so so. Loved the pizza place though. Service impeccable and food great. It was pizza though.

We had a great time at Cirqa, It is really close to everything even the airport bus. My check-in was slow, but Paolo, the restaurant waitress, and bartender made our experience the best.

This was our first time in Circa 39 and will certainly be back the next time we're in Miami Beach. We really enjoyed the a**osphere in the hotel, plus the service was outstanding. I highly recommend the French Toast for breakfast! Plus there is a great French restaurant and an excellent pizza restaurant within a block of this hotel.

There is no parking for this hotel, the only options for parking is a lot that is $40 a day, or a parking area that is cheaper, but it is quite a walk back to the hotel. Wish I was informed of this prior to making my reservation. On ******* when I booked my reservation, the Resort fee was $88.92, but when I arrived, they charged me $100. The hotel was clean and very nice, but watch out for extra charges they don’t make visible.

Das Zimmer war relativ grosszügig bemessen (schmutzige Fenster zur Strasse raus). Dagegen war das Bad unterdurchschnittlich - klein, in die Jahre gekommen, die Dusche unpraktisch, weil beim Öffnen der Brause IMMER zuerst kaltes Wasser fliesst und keine Hacken, um Kleider oder Tuch aufzuhängen. Dann ist störend, dass auf dem Zimmer Wasser bereit steht, welches bei Abreise mit USD 6 (für 6dl) in Rechnung gestellt wird. Dies ohne jedoch den Gast in mündlicher oder schriftlicher Form informiert zu haben. Zudem ist die „Resort Fee“ überzogen - USD 44 für einen Fitnessraum, der höchstens ein Abstellraum ist mit mageren 4 Geräten und einen niedlichen Pool mit bescheidenem Ambiente direkt an der Strasse… 4-Sterne sind definitiv einer zu viel!

We are locals that needed to stay 1 night on Miami Beach to attend a family gathering. Can't say enough great things about Circa39. From the clean and stylish room, comfortable bed to the included beach umbrellas and chairs. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast. They even held our bags after checkout so we could spend the day at the beach. The pool area is lovely and they offer food and drink service while you're lounging. Staff is lovely, friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend.
