Staff were super friendly. The pool was completely under construction and not usable which there was no indication of when booking. This was super disappointing. Breakfast was not included and an extra charge. The halls smelled like straight bleach and the room, while very clean, had an overpowering watermelon smell that was way too strong.

We’re staying one night for a concert at the Filmore and I’m pleasantly surprised. The room is clean and has a small modest bathroom, but again, clean. The front desk staff have been very kind and accommodating. This hotel is directly in the middle of everything. You do not need a car here. The restaurants are so good and it reminds us of Manhattan. So many choices!! I would absolutely come back here again!!! Don’t listen to the haters!

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We rented a suite that was next to a noisy elevator. The room had no amenities. The running water was warm to hot. No restaurant, only a few tables where they would serve I don’t know what because we never went. it didn’t look like a place that I would eat in. The bar was dark, noisy with loud music and it was closed 2 of the 3 nights we stayed in. I called ******* to complaint and the hotel moved us to a penthouse that was much nicer and quiet. We checked out one night earlier even though it was paid for.

Perfect location for all of South Beach, everything is on your doorstep. Room was clean and large, air conditioning was very good as it was needed. Facilities are quite basic, the staff are very friendly and cater to whatever you’re after..
