Had an amazing experience at the sls pool with our server Santi. He was extremely attentive to us and service was impeccable. We will definitely be coming back and requesting Santi. The cabanas were clean and the food was also delicious!!!.

Everything about this place was terrible. The building is very rundown, doesn’t feel safe and I was concerned at night since there a lot of noises including few bangs on my door which didn’t make me feel safe. The staff response was very poor at all times. I even tried to cancel since arriving and no answer was ever received. There are a tons of up charges too that were not properly share to start with, so be aware that you’ll be expected to pay more once there. Very much the worst hotel I have ever stayed at

I had a wonderful day from start to finish, I came at 12pm and the welcome was 10/10. Quionis greets you with a big smile, she's bubbly and makes sure everything goes smoothly for you throughout the day. The rest of the team is also super cool and makes you want to come back. Quionis makes sure you're served quickly when it comes to food and drink. Thanks to SLS Beach I'll be back 10/10 and thanks to Quionis.

Rooms are a little on the small side. Not enough towels. Takes a while for hot water to come. Use of the house car for transportation to other locations is very limited and restricted. Upgrades to frequent customers are very restricted no loyalty to returning guest or for guest selecting the SLS brand
