The bathroom is well decorated, but the room lacks furniture, no tables or chairs, and no sofas, which is a bit unacceptable as a terrace room. I could only move two chairs from the terrace to put clothes.

It was okay. Found the staff to be never smiling or friendly with the exception of Danny, the bellman. Room was tiny and A/C was not very effective. Sheets on bed were always moist from the heat & humidity. Noise from nightclub went on til the wee hours of the morning. The rooftop pool was alright, but the furniture cushions could use a good cleaning.

We had an amazing experience at the Gale on this past weekend. Our customer service experience was phenomenal. We always enjoy staying at the Gale each time we come to Miami. Thank you for great service and we appreciate Danny always taking care of our luggage.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. My flight didn’t leave until late evening, so they made sure I could use the amenities during my long wait after check out. Dolce Vita, the restaurant on the first floor, is excellent. They the beef carpaccio. Room with a terrace is worth the money. Great stay! I will be back.

My husband and I stayed here only one night just before heading back to the UK. We were welcomed by Grot ( I hope I got his name right :) ) and Roxana in a very professional but at the same time, friendly manner. I had a nice chat with the male member of reception staff while we were waiting for our taxi. I have to mention Thomas as well, he helped us with the luggage and made sure we got on the right taxi, we really apprecciated it. Rooms are a bit small, but for a one night stay, I can't complain. Location is terrific.

Cornelius and Roxana were wonderful. I was worried about noise and they made sure we were taken care of. Great quiet, clean room the night before our cruise! Loved the terrace! Rosetta Bakery is great nearby. Thank you Gale Hotel South Beach!
