Mold behind the peeling wallpaper. Room was a disaster. Dirty Dishes in the sink, used towels everywhere, bed was dirty, broken tv, trash in the cans. Booked through AAA, DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS OR REVIEWS. Money is pulled for the entire cost of the stay the morning of your booking by “Cleaning 2 Go, LLC”. Owner and manager refuse contact. I walked out of the hotel within 5 minutes and contacted the owner and the manager for a refund. They refuse to answer any form of contact and AAA reached out for a refund and was refused.

Generally speaking, the rooms and the hotel itself are below any standards. We spent 3 nights there and that was enough. We were guided by positive opinions, but the only positive was the nice owner at check-in and that's it. By the way, there was no staff at the facility at night and it was forbidden to listen to loud music and any events. The bar was obviously not open.

Prenotato con Booking per le tante recensioni positive… ma sono tutte false!! Fatalità (me se sono accorto dopo) dopo una recensione pessima ci sono 7-8 recensioni super ottime sicuramente fatte con dei bot. La piscina era sporchissima, non esisteva nessun giardino, camere che pizzavano ed al livello del parcheggio. Ho dovuto sturarmi il lavandino avevo prenotato due notti ma ho cambiato il pomeriggio del mio arrivo ed alla struttura non ha importato nulla delle segnalazioni perché il pagamento era anticipato

I can not overstate my disappoin**ent at this ‘hotel’. My stay was booked based upon the reviews but this is not a hotel, it is a hostel. It has none of the amenities mentioned on the website. There is no bar, restaurant or Spa. The Wi-Fi is terrible. The Tv didn’t work. My room was horrible (room 3) . Dingy, dark, ground floor overlooking a car park and really, really in need of renovation.

Het hotel bevindt zich aan de drukke stadsrand van Miami, niet ver van Miami beach. Ontbijt is er niet, er is wel een microwave op de kamer en een koelkast. De kamer was netjes. Er zijn supermarkten in de buurt en eetgelegenheden. In het kleine complex was er ook een zwembad aanwezig.

Excellent location, walkable to beach and several good restaurants and bars. Great host, owner/manager is very hospitable and welcoming. Allowed us to store luggage until room was ready. Room was comfortable and clean for a night before and after our cruise.

The location is great condition of room was unacceptable. There is a needed dehumidifier in the room in addition to an air conditioner. The dehumidifier overflowed each night. Without the dehumidifier running the moldy smell was overwhelming. The only positive was the new owner but that was it.

Don´t look at the pictures and expect that the property look like this, NO...this is more like a cheap hostel. We asked if we could see the room before we paid and so we did.. and said NO.. this is not as the pictures in th ad. Cheap hostel style and not so much NEW Hotel.. Could

Ok motel in North Beach Miami. Clean. Self check in after 5pm. Small room with a needed air cleaner as it would be damp without it. Worn but clean. Off of a road with lots of police and ambulance sirens. Easy walk to several restaurants. Only 3 blocks to the beach. New management and new phone numbers. $60 from the airport by taxi
