Voy a sintetizar: LO POSITIVO : La ubicación en un lugar tranquilo pero muy cerquita de la movida de Lincoln Road, Española Way y Ocean Drive. También esta a metros de la playa y particularmente una playa muy limpia y tranquila. Otro punto a favor es que tienen el desayuno incluido, si bien es básico, café, té, jugo de naranja, croissant, yogurt, cereales, frutas, tostadas, queso untable y mermeladas, sirve para no salir del hotel con el estómago vacío. Otra cosa positiva es que el hotel te brinda de manera gratuita sillas plegables, toallas y sombrillas para la playa, teniendo en cuenta que Miami casi no posee servicios de playa y que los pocos que hay son caros, esto es un punto a favor. Por otra parte las habitaciones son amplias, las camas cómodas y la limpieza se hace a diario. LO NEGATIVO: El hotel no tiene piscina y el área de desayunar es muy pequeña y muchas veces hay que esperar para sent****. EN SISTESIS: Es un hotel ideal para estar cerca del centro y hacer playa (a los que les guste la piscina este hotel no les va a servir). Quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal, principalmente de Santiago, un chico argentino que está en la recepción y que tuvo la cortesía de comprar desde su app de amazon algunas cosas que a mi me las entregaban en 4 días y a el como tenía amazon prime se las entregaban en solo 1 día.

Nice enough hotel with a great location on Miami Beach. Parking was a nightmare and the staff were utterly unhelpful with this and with a lot of other things. Parking was not what they advertise on the booking. They clearly don’t have proper customer service training. The shower was freezing cold and didn’t warm up at all after being on for a considerable amount of time. Mould stains on the curtains. Fan in the room didn’t work so was very hot with no way of cooling it down. Walls are paper thin so you could hear EVERYTHING (including the room next door’s TV being too loud). WiFi was also poor and not good enough for most uses. Apart from the location, I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel.

No onsite parking. Street parking is only free 3-9am. The hotel that you can pay to park is 3 blocks away. Outside had construction, was a meaa. The hotel is clean. Small cery small elevator. Not recommended for people afraid of small spaces. Room is clean check in was fast.

We stayed here for one night before our cruise, room was affordable. Upon arriving at check in the lady at the desk was super nice and already had our room key waiting for us. Check in was very smooth, rooms were very clean, smelled AMAZING, plenty of towels and they even offer beach towels/ chairs for free ($25/item if not returned). There’s many gas stations/ liquor and wine stores nearby. Ocean is very close to property. 20 min walk to south beach. Overall 10/10 rating highly recommend

Un seul conseil éviter cet hôtel. Pourtant habitué à voyager et non exigeant, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. 6 tables pour le petit déjeuner, donc petit dej debout. Serviette non remise par la femme de ménage. Hygiène générale de l'hôtel et insonorisation catastrophique, je pensais que la fenêtre de la chambre était ouverte..... Seul avantage le prêt de chaise, parasol et serviettes de plage et la proximité avec la plage. Nous retournerons à Miami 😁😁😁 , mais pas dans cet hôtel.🙁🙁🙁Un seul conseil : évitez cet hôtel. Pourtant habitué à voyager et non exigeant, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Seulement 6 tables pour le petit-déjeuner, donc petit déjeuner debout. Les serviettes n'ont pas été remplacées par la femme de ménage. L'hygiène générale de l'hôtel et l'insonorisation sont catastrophiques, j'ai pensé que la fenêtre de la chambre était ouverte...
