There is a little mess at the door. The lobby is relatively small, but the room facilities are very complete, and there are even splints.

Love boutique and unusual places which have soul - and Marlin is definitely the soul of Art Deco district. With its incredible history which ties to music superstars as Prince, U2, Mick Jagger, and even Madonna - it's a gem of the urban utopia.

First time staying at this boutique hotel. Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. It was very centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The only problem we encountered was a non working NEspresso machine in our room but the waitress downstairs for breakfast more than made up for this. She made wonderful espresso drinks each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.

I visit the National everytime I come to Miami. Everyone who helps me there is the reason I keep coming back. Erik, Sola, Ioanna, Yulia everyone who works there makes my experience so wonderful. 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone visiting Miami come and spend the day at National pool and bar. You will not regret it!

Localização excelente e super central. Perto de tudo. Hotel em óptimo estado, espaçoso e super limpo. Mini bar muito completo. Só fiquei com pena pois quando reservei era com pequeno almoço incluído e quando lá estivemos já não serviam pequeno almoço. Foram muito atenciosos no sentido de ficarem com as nossas malas tanto antes como depois da hora do check in e check-out para podermos aproveitar o máximo de tempo possível de Miami Beach!

Overall it was OK. Check in was smooth. I had a few complaints. Breakfast was very slim and dint have enough food for the guest and no clean tables to sit at for breakfast and the staff for breakfast was not friendly. Also, for some reason they had a kid working there appeared to be with one of the workers and the kid was all over the place and yelling at the top if their lungs, which was very unprofessional to allow their kid there and disturbing the customers. I will not stay there again after these issues.
