If you want a tropical feel for your stay on Miami Beach… this is it! Located directly on the beach with the old Miami Art Deco vibe; it’s close enough to all of the “ Action” still far enough Removed From all of the craziness and noise

The hotel had both positives and negatives. Great outdoor areas and well maintained. Bell Captains and valet service was on point. Over all nice staff. Breakfast and food by pool was extremely overpriced for what it was. Elevators were constantly out and reduce to one elevator for the entire property. This was not good for us as we were traveling with our infant. Several times I used the stairs for 7 flights. Multiple times with the baby. Additionally, there was construction going on everyday by the pool. This was also tough as we are pool people due to the kids. So we had to listen to banging/drilling and whatever else was going on. This was never disclosed to us during our booking. Rooms are small. I would say good for two people. Cleaning staff was not thorough. When I called to speak to a manager I was told I would receive a call back. A manager called me at 9:30pm two days later telling me he would get back to me. It has been two more days and nothing. Customer Experience is lacking. Elevator thing is not acceptable.

This was one of our annual getaways for just the two of us. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very kind and courteous. Even though this is hotel allows kids and it has a wedding venue, the hotel and its guest were able to maintain a family friendly atmosphere. As a couple we were able to visit several of the local restaurants. If you like Cuban, you have to visit Lil Havana, the food was amazing. My only concern, more than a complaint would be the elevators. I talked with two separate couples that stated they had been to this location four times and the elevators have always been an issue.

The service was wonderful. Everyone working at the hotel was cheerful and kind. However, 2/4 elevators were broken. One of the elevators has been broken for weeks. Fortunately, I was able to take the stairs, but there were elderly people and families with young children that had to wait for a LONG time.

Not only is Elianny an excelled server but she was born for customer service. My husband and I felt at home every time we sat at Elianny's table for a meal at the hotel's restaurant. She greeted us always with the biggest smile. Thank you Elianny!
