Staying in Penguin Hotel is very convenient since it is really closed by at the Beach and nearby outlets. However, when we were checking in the lady who assisted us didn’t explained well the informations. And every night there’s no front desk. But overall stay it’s really good the free breakfast was really good I will definitely recommend.

It was a rainy day. We got an upgraded room because the room we were assigned was leaking. The facilities are not well maintained enough to be called 3 star.

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Fürs Frühstück musste mann zum Partnerhotel wechseln. Der Lift war kaputt und wir waren mit Kind im dritten Stock. Zimmer war auch eher heruntergekommen. Die Lage war aber Top und hat vieles gut gemacht

Was OK overall. I had an issue with my reservation and was told to email the front desk with my issue yet they didn't respond. They have no phone number and no one can help you other than the front desk people that can only be reached by email. My issue may not have been resolvable but ignoring my email is not acceptable...
