First of all, great location on Ocean Drive. The hotel has very nice staff. The hotel restaurant attracts crowds because they have delicious food and it is worth trying. Everywhere is close. In the evening, nice a**ospheric lighting.

This hotel is absolutely appalling. It is filthy threw out the whole hotel. Rooms are ridiculously small, clearly haven’t been dusted or moped for months. Bugs. Tv was not working, no fridge . Extremely outdated , the pictures on line are nothing like the actual rooms. I can’t even imagine that Wyndham associates there name with this boarding house. I’ve never stayed in such a horrendous place where I did not even feel safe.

The room smelled of cigarettes and it wasn't supposed to be for smokers. I asked them to change me and they didn't, I paid for a partial view of the sea and you couldn't even see it and the TV control didn't work.

This property is completely different than advertised. It's old, nasty, smelly and rotten all over. The staff doesnt provide any service. The hotel is not even a one star hotel. Even for free I wouldn't have wanted to stay here.

Check in staff was unpleasant not friendly. The manager was unresponsive. Location, very noisy and building is run down. Staff was rude and don't appear to enjoy their job. Not sure if the restaurant is owned by hotel but made for very negative experience. I'm disappointed Wyndham they would allow this as part of their offerings.

Outdated, cramped entry, very small elevator, outdated room, all windows in the rooms are covered up so you can’t see out. Small restaurant at hotel. Area is mostly full of restaurant bars and the beach, ocean is directly across the street. Would not stay there again.

Hello ,After staying here, a few times everything was fine no complaints. This last time was just horrible between the Booking the staff, the management the customer service totally unhappy unsatisfied will not be returning.

I Che led in and checked right out! The room was dirty and the lights flickered off and on. The power also went out when I checked it.
