The service at this hotel is terrible. The attendant Lili is rude. I have stayed at this hotel several times, and the attendant's attitude has always been this. She doesn't even say good morning to her guests. I do not recommend the hotel.

This was by far one of my worst experiences in a hotel. Staff did care about anything. If you use the room phone they won’t pick up. The guests are super loud and the walls are extremely thin. Would not recommend to anyone.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There were roaches. Used soap in the shower. Filthy. We left at 4am because we could not sleep and the hotel would not refund us. They were so rude and said we should of left earlier. HORRIBLE do not stay here.

This is a good price, but the property needed some TLC….
A bestie stayed a better place down the block, and did his pool experience.
Late service to room…
This is good place for those going on a cruise, that want a safe area, and easy access to the great areas of Miami Beach.
I have not done US travel for a while, and this property has become the norm for accessible travel..

The hotel is in a good location, close to the beach, there is access to the beach. The air conditioning was very loud and not working all the time , it felt like we were sleeping on the street under a bridge. There was no always parking space, we were charged for each day of parking. The service staff is friendly, nice
