They charge you resort fee and charge you things you never consume. Poor room and AC doesn’t work. Please avoid this hotel

First floor amazing. Hallways and rooms smell like *****, old mold and rooms have old ripped furniture. Pool closes at 6pm. I canceled my stay here and went somewhere else

My experience at this place was spectacular!! All the people who work here make it special, very friendly and always available. The room was spotlessly clean every day. The pool and beach attendants were super attentive. Eli, who works with the towels, is really fun and super attentive. This was a great experience, I would definitely come back.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado . La habitación para dos personas nos resultó cómoda ,luminosa y muy limpia. El baño tal vez un poco chico. Las instalaciones muy adecuadas para quién busca descansar y disfrutar de la playa y la piscina. El servicio de playa , piscina excelente ,Debo destacar aquí la atención excelente y cordial de Isaac en la playa siempre dispuesto a hacer mas confortable tu día de playa. La limpieza muy bien. Recomendable por donde se lo mire.

Briana was the best waitress, she had great service! The food was quick to be delivered. She was also so helpful and sweet. We asked her for a song request and she asked the Dj to play it for us. Thank you so much!! Would definitely come here again just because of the service.

everything was perfect and ATE. the beach and pool were fantastic and the staff was very accommodating. the drinks were superb and tasted very delicious. the pool was clean and the beach was pristine. best GTA server that i have ever seen. fantastic.

We were staying at the hotel and ended up going to the pool after eating lunch. Upon going to the pool, Brianna greeted us and was absolutely incredible. She met us with a smile and kindly greeted us to an available set of chairs. We had requested that we wanted seats in the chair and as soon as they opened up she guided us there. We are very grateful for her service. It surely makes us want to come here again!

Had an amazing time! Just enjoying a sunny day in Miami & decided to go relax at the pools & beach. The food was great & the drinks were incredible & reasonably priced for Miami. Our server, whose name I believe was Francesca was super sweet & so attentive! & the highlight of our day was Elijah! Not only was he so friendly & welcoming, but he was so helpful & upbeat the entire time! Dancing & having a great time, love him so much! Highly recommend checking this hotel out
