They charge you resort fee and charge you things you never consume. Poor room and AC doesn’t work. Please avoid this hotel

First floor amazing. Hallways and rooms smell like *****, old mold and rooms have old ripped furniture. Pool closes at 6pm. I canceled my stay here and went somewhere else

I came here with my now fiance to get engaged and celebrate over a vacation. From the week before I arrived Alexis the VIP manager was absolutely amazing and made our trip so special and went above and beyond in every possible way. From the beautiful handwritten note to the lovely bottle of prosecco and the beach cabana she was just amazing as were the rest of the staff including Isaac and his team on the beach and Belen who was an absolute star and looked after us so well

We just completed our annual visit to the Nautilus and had an amazing experience. The staff at the Nautilus are truly a delight. We especially love the concierge, Alexis Margulies, who always goes out of her way to make sure our experience is top notch. Mike at the cocktail bar is also great and is one of the best/most friendly bartenders we have met. Overall the hotel is great. We love the comfortable beds and easy access to the beach. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Charvens was very helpful he made sure That we had everything that we needed thanks to him everyday was an amazing day at the beach. The food is good so are the drinks to notch service on the beach room are comfortable nice vibes on the pool 5 star

Hotel facilities are great, the vibes are immaculate and a special mention to Juan who made sure my visit was enjoyable and kept checking in to see if I needed anything while I hung out by the pool. He was really great! Would come back again and for sure recommend to others.

Los empleados del hotel fueron muy amables, atentos y serviciales. Ademas, muchos de ellos hablan español. el hotel tiene un desayuno buffet de gran calidad y variedad y el servicio de piscina y playa es excelente. Las habitaciones son amplias y confortables. Ya habia ido hace 10 años, y puedo decir que el servicio mejoró notablemente. volvere el proximo año.

Bri is amazing and has the best customer service during our stay she helped answer all of our questions. Attended us well and is such a polite hostess. She even advised us on attractions on south beach and had a very positive attitude the entire stay. Ask for Bri
