They charge you resort fee and charge you things you never consume. Poor room and AC doesn’t work. Please avoid this hotel

First floor amazing. Hallways and rooms smell like *****, old mold and rooms have old ripped furniture. Pool closes at 6pm. I canceled my stay here and went somewhere else

We recently had an unforgettable stay at the Nautilus. From the moment we arrived, Freddie, who greeted us at the door made us feel right at home. Melody and Alexis warmly welcomed us a the front desk ensuring a smooth check-in. Once we got into our room, we were impressed by the size of the room and the amazing view. Throughout our stay, we encountered exceptional staff. Petit-Louis in housekeeping ensured our room was immaculate, while Jose who served us at breakfast was very attentive. Isaac at the beach was friendly and ensured we got some great chairs to enjoy our relaxing beach time. Thank you everyone for making our Miami getaway truly enjoyable. we came to celebrate Hailey’s celebration! everything was perfect thanks to Alexis upon arrival. she made sure our rooms were close by and surprised her with a beautiful gesture in her room. thank you Alexis for providing 5 star service for her celebration!! we will send all of our friends back to the Nautilus because Alexis Margulies made our trip a dream come true!

I am a regular at this property, mostly because of Alexis M. She goes out of her way to make you sure my family has a great experience. This time I rented a cabana and it was worth it. The team at the pool was also great. The drinks and food by the pool were on point.

Alexis M. the VIP manager helped me set up for Haileys bachelorette! she made sure my sister had an amazing day from our first day of arrival. our rooms are beautiful! she made sure it was a surprise and even sent a welcome gift to make our experience unforgettable. thank you for being so personal Alexis!

Best beach day ever! The services were super affordable and the views were the best! Isaac was our attendant and he made us feel super welcome and checked on us periodically throughout the day. There was also food and beverage service that came through to make sure we stayed hydrated and fed. The beach wasn't too crowded and was quiet enough to enjoy.
