Me and my family were to fly into Miami and stay at Greeview Hotel.Two night before we were to get on our cruise 12 of Feb.
But on January 15 -24, My father was in a horrific car accident and now he is paralyzed from the hips down,so when I called to cancel my hotel , and sent all the documents they wanted, they were not going to refund me for a medical emergency.

Look through the windows only big and high wall. It's a nigh**are at the first night, my husband woke up at 3am to go to bathroom and found a roach crawling on his wearing shirt. Then tomorrow morning we complaint at the front and asking them to clean a room. A guy at the front said usually no cleaning until three days. I showed him the picture of a roach in the room and said that's why this causes the animal happen to the room. Then he said to ask the cleaner to clean the room by 5pm. We came back after 5pm and everything was the same no cleaning. We are so disappointed to pay $489.81 for two nights. We expected to find the reasonable accommodation and fit to the price.
By the way, the area is convenient for dining and walking.

La habitación cómoda y baño moderno, la ubicación es excelente. En la recepción Josmiel fue muy atento y colaborador. La playa es espectacular y queda a 300 mts, tienes servicio de sillas y parasol incluido en la estadía del hotel. Cuando vuelva a Miami volveré a este hotel. Lo recomiendo 100%.
