The hotel room was extremely spacious and easily accommodated me. I had a corner room which boasted two walls of windows. Don't worry...the blackout curtains worked just well at night. The shower wall needed a little bit of cleaning attention. The housekeepers were super friendly. I would be happy to have another stay here.

The staff was amazing and very helpful (Derek) and the valet parking staff that that come on in the evening time lovvvve him. He told us where we can find all the restaurants. He took our bags up to our room. And the champagne was amazing love this place.

Great experience, loved the rooms and the staff front desk was very friendly and helpful Derek helped me find good places to eat in the south beach area and Hector is great bartender he is very friendly and makes the best drinks. Loved my time there would definitely stay again

Kitchen and service are very poor , you cant even have hot coffee in the morning . Location is great. But i wont say the same thing for hotel conditions. For that price you expect better quality

I think the hotel being a Hyatt gave us false hope as we always stay in them and really like them. This was nothing like the nice hyatts I’ve stayed in before, a pokey little hotel with poor service-we waited an hour for our breakfast to arrive at our table and the front desk are not that polite. Rooms look nothing like the nice images online either they are very tired looking and dark, no light of any use in the bathroom it was like you were getting ready in the dark.

I asked the clerk about the shopping options around the hotel. He answered: there are plenty of stores; you can check on Google. Homeless people on almost every street. The hotel entrance looks like a back door or a service entrance, next to a parking garage. The hotel is expensive considering the location and the services you receive.

Excellent hotel, location and service, I just didn't like the breakfast issue, it is a la carte, not a buffet, therefore expensive and slow if you are going on business and always in a hurry
