My daughter and I love this hotel! We stumbled upon it last year after having a not so great experience at another hotel in the area. The staff is so nice and helpful. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. I couldn’t hear any neighbors like at some other hotels. The hotel is in a great location next to The Ritz Carlton. The main pool is fantastic if you are a swimmer and like to swim laps. It’s much longer than an Olympic size pool the beach area is also super nice. The food is great and I love the mellow vibe music st the pool. Daziel, Roberta and Jenna at the pool were exceptional. I highly recommend the National Hotel.

Great hotel in a perfect spot. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The food was great and the rooms spacious. The only negative point was no glasses in the room's only paper cups which leaked if used more than once. Being on an avenue I was a bit worried about noise but it is very sound proof and the bedding was great. Definitely recommend this hotel. With a great art deco feel and not too big so that you feel comfortable .

This is the second time staying at the hotel. Wonderful attention, impeccable cleanliness of the room. I have a mention for the person who served us on the beach (Miguel), his excellent service, excellent trea**ent. All the people who work at the hotel are extremely wonderful! Fabulous time in the national hotel here in Miami, everything was perfect. The rooms were so tastefully decorated a real beautiful place to stay. The food and ,,drink was to die for and staff were very attentive and always happy to help. Such a relaxing , peaceful place in the day and comes alive at night. The cocktails in the blues bar were delicious. Will definitely be returning. Special thanks to the gems Daziel, jasmine and Jenifer for being so helpful , service with a smile xxx

Great pool service by Randall and Carlos. Longest pool we know too…Great shrimp tacos in the beachbar. The National Hotel is a nice beachfront resort, close to Lincoln Street and other places of interest. Everything very stylish… we like it.

Randall was one of the best workers and helpers at the pool. He was always checking on us and making sure we are comfortable. Really good worker. Really liked free sunscreen, after sun lotion, free tap water and pool and beach service by almost all the workers. On the other hand, events made the stay less enjoyable as we were unable to enjoy all the amenities of the hotel and no refund or anything extra was provided. Pool shower is terrible and everyone was complaining about it, should consider replacing it. Food was a little expensive but really good. Room was good and the stay was pretty comfortable for the most part.
