The hotel is iconic, the food is good. The first night I sleep well and it was peaceful. However the second night I had to call the staff due to noise that was actually being made by hotel staff. Shortly after I had to call again. Over the evening I had made 9 calls in total to the staff where the eventually just stopped picking up the phone. The noise was obnoxiously loud and in no way a normal situation as far as employees of a hotel doing their regular jobs all throughout the night. I’ve stayed at countless high end hotels and this was a first. The following day after several phone calls to the front requesting to speak with a manager I finally got in touch with her. I offered audio and video recording that I had taken to document the situation. She said that she would investigate and get back with me about what she could do. Long story short she offered me a upgrade if I paid the rate Of almost $1,000 a night. At this point. My tab was around $3500 with room charges etc. the manager basically just stopped responding and has not reached out to me to rectify the situation. USE CAUTION IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING BOOKING A ROOM HERE!

Our stay was very good. We loved the history of the residence and the ability to see a lot of the home that others who are not staying there do not get to see. Also being able to swim in the iconic pool was great! Being an older place there are issues such as doors that do not close well and damage to trim and paint and just general wear and tear around the place. If you are expecting modern luxury and cleanliness then this is not the place for you but if you love the history and significance of the residence and the uniqueness of it then you will love it. The breakfast was great and our server made it spectacular and took very good care of us. He made us feel very special and the food was delicious.

Together with my wife I came to this outstanding hotel where Gianni Versace once lived. The hotel’s architecture remembers an alcazar and is located on Ocean Drive. All rooms are individual and we had a beautiful suite overlooking the Ocean. The restaurant Gianni’s is such a lively and fashionable place.It’s like in a movie and an absolute must if you come to Miami!

No te vayas por el morbo, vaya para disfrutar de la comida y los cocktails, la decoracion y la movida. No es barato la comida ni los cocktails pero vale la pena entrar - puedes hacer unas fotos buenas. La decoracion es realmente interesante y el edificio es bonito.

We wanted to try an exciting hotel in Miami so we chose the former Versace Mansion. We stayed in Elton John's room.. I guess. It was very cool and everything I imagined it be. So over the top haha. I would stay again and try a different room. Breakfast was yummy too!

Absolutely loved it but really was ruined by the music. I was expecting to feel extremely Versace and Italian but the music felt like was just playing hot hits on Spotify was really disappointing and ruined the experience. The service was amazing the food was great. I just wouldn’t rush back as it didn’t feel like I was in the Versace mansion felt like a common bar.
