It's the second time I've stayed~ the overall feeling is very good! My favorite hotel in Miami. There is nothing to say about the service, sanitation and aesthetic scenery. Praise praise praise. The restaurant is the barbecue of Francis Mallmann, the Argentine chef. It is worth a try. There is also an omakase that can be reserved. The ingredients are very fresh and creative.

There is no place like FAENA. This is the second time I’ve stayed here for work and as usual everything was immaculate — from the incredible and friendly doormen to the subtle fragrance in the rooms. The pool feels private with its palms, the beach feels luxurious with its smoothies, the room service options always seem endless and deliver the highest quality. Even the smaller rooms never feel crammed and hold the same standard of attention and detail that the larger rooms do. While I wouldn’t necessarily call this a family-oriented hotel, every person we interacted with made this trip special for myself and for the children I nanny. We cannot wait for our next trip! Keith at the beach club and Heiron at the bar were two of the most hospitable and entertaining and welcoming people at the resort. Definitely ask for either of them if you come to the beach club or living room bar. Both individuals definitely deserve a promotion for their experience and lavish hospitality 💯

Always a great experience at Faena. The service and overall vibe is always impeccable. The rooms are fun and eclectic and the restaurants and bars, lounges and clubs are great. You really never need to leave the hotel. Keith at the beach went above and beyond in terms of service. This is the only place to stay in Miami Beach!

The hotel is probably the coolest hotel to stay in south beach. I visited for the week and had a few issues with the concierge being uncommunicative after check in. A few issues with the room. Then comes Luis the bellman. He walked me to the front desk and helped me sort out a room change and upgrade and promptly walked straight to my room and assisted in packing everything and moving it to the new and improved room. He really saved the day and this hotel is lucky to have an employee like this on property. I went from being slightly disgruntled to having a great stay because of Luis. Give this man a raise!

The Faena is phenomenal, and its standout feature is definitely the staff. A huge shoutout to Fahad for making my stay unforgettable—from securing my bookings to ensuring I experienced the best Faena and Miami. The Faena Theater show was absolutely the highlight —I'm already planning my next visit! Also, big thanks to the spa lady Joanna who managed to fit me in despite being fully booked. Can't wait to return soon!
