Kimpton hotel was a great stay! I enjoyed it! Also has convenient transportation for there guest. The shuttle bus to & from the beach was very awesome didn’t have to worry about looking for parking on south beach. Roof top pool was amazing “aesthetically pleasing” has a spot where you can do yoga etc. the hotel was literally about 7-10 mins for the beach. Overall I enjoyed my stay I’ll rate them a 8/10

From the disappoin**ent on the first day to the surprise on the second day, this trip is very, very satisfying. Because the room I was given on the first night was very noisy, I didn’t sleep well one night, and I wanted to change the room the next day. Because I can’t communicate well in English, I tried to contact Ctrip’s customer service to discuss changing the room with the hotel, and the hotel quickly responded. The problem of changing rooms was solved, and the changed rooms satisfied us very much. Thank you Ctrip and Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Bay for giving us a very pleasant stay experience.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Complimentary shuttle saved us from having to Uber and Denise is so nice and helpful. Whenever we come back we will always stay here. Also the customer service is so good here everyone is so helpful we got a little surprise for my birthday and they have yoga as well.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos. They guaranteed me free breakfast but when I made it, the restaurant was shutdown and inoperable. We requested a late checkout and they said ok. Then they began ringing our phone and hanging up multiple times.
The guy from Morocco or somewhere alike valet guy and the shuttle lady Denise were so amazing!! They made our trip worth it.
Unfortunately I would not stay here again.
