Self check in hotel on the most vibrant street of Miami south beach. One can easily walk to beach and all the areas around. Even rent a car is also just 2 blocks away. Good breakfast cafes around on main Street. Double queen bedroom was good. Big bathroom. Towels for beach and umbrellas ( rain) were provided in room. Overall a good stay.

Clean rooms and the location is amazing , you dont need to rent a car bc you are in middle of everything and walk to the beach .. next time when i go to miami i will stay in Kasa .. all restaurants next door shops.. McDonald's .. walk to the beach like 5 min maybe less I rented the car and i didnt you it and the problem there is no place to park your car so you need to pay much money so i see better not have car

Issues began @ arrival - battery was dead on electronic lock and was not able to enter the room. Encountered water bugs in shower. Location is great - this spot not so much.
