I already mentioned we are paying service charge by my own credit card and the front desk confirmed It can be paid by a separate credit card.
Now after paid the service charge the hotel charged again the service fee, from the deposit credit card, it is double charged and I knew it could have happened from previous comment I mentioned to the front desk it needs to be seriously taking cared, but still failed.
It caused us a lot of trouble not to clarify the payment again again again and again. What a nightmare.
Why is the hotel cannot figure out the services already paid and do not double charge again.
The hotel is good, but the experience is terrible because they are not doing their things right and make the customers running around, we spent too much time to solve their mistake.

Booked, wouldn't refund or change the date on the booking despite my partner getting deployed and the trip having to be canceled but they enjoyed keeping my money and having an empty room. Never again!

good!!!!!!!!!!!!! The swimming pool is good but the facilities are a bit small The room condition is not bad The yoga program provided by the hotel was good

We had a good day lying at their beach on the chairs and towels they provide as part of their stay. The staff is great, Jefferson and one other guy was very attentive and friendly to us.

It was an excellent stay at this boutique resort. It was our first time to Miami and became memorable completely. From check inn process till check out everything was perfect - We got an room upgrade ( Kudos to the team ) with pool view , Room was clean and decent in size with all the necessary amenities . Also the behavior of all the staff were so good. I have tried to quantify some of the key aspect - 1. Location - 9/10 just four blocks away from the beach and its on the Collins avenue so everything is nearby 2. Private beach with chairs and towel 3. Room - 9/10 4. Behavior - 10/10 5. Cleanliness - 9/10 6. In House Restaurant - Blue Ribbon is one of the most famous Japanese restaurant in South beach area

The room smells like mold, old place smell.
Valet parking is $45 a day an it closes at midnight and reopen at 8am.
The furniture in the room is old and bit up.
No hot water, warm but definitely not hot.
