Don't bother with this hotel. First of all, it's not clean and the sheets are not changed. Secondly, it's too expensive. It costs 2,000 yuan a night. It's not as good as a two-star hotel in China. There is no star-rated hotel at all. The hotel facilities are very old and the floors are warped. , there is rust everywhere, all kinds of handles are rusty, fourth the service attitude is very bad. The flight was in the evening, so I wanted to stay a few more hours and delay check-out, but the front desk said that I had to either book an extra night or check out. The fifth bar is downstairs and very noisy at night.

I thought the location was very good, but there are some regrets.
The hotel didn't have a microwave or something, and it was very cramped, but the price was okay, so it wasn't bad. Staff were generally friendly.

The gentleman at the front desk was on his first day and was absolutely on point for a brand new employee as well as extremely polite. Check in was quick and the manager helped expedite the hotel keys. Overall great experience start to finish

The stay at the Catalina was mediocre. The room wasn’t clean, and needs to be fixed/updated. Toilet paper roll and towel bar were loose, and there needs to be more shelving in the bathroom. The service was mediocre. I asked for directions to the roof top pool—the front desk people told me how to get there—it was in a different building. Once I got there, another guest told me I had to get towels from the front desk. Why didn’t the women at the front desk tell me that when I asked them where the pool was? The pool was nice, but the cabanas and chairs were dirty—there were crumbs and/or stains. I was there first thing in the morning, so they weren’t cleaned from the day before. Plus’s: the room I had was quiet, and it’s in a great location.

HONTEUX ! À FUIR ! Surtout ne pas réserver cet hôtel. La chambre était très sale, des traces partout sur le sol, des cheveux partout dans la douche, des cheveux dans les draps propres.. Nous sommes restés du mardi au lundi d’après soit 6 jours aucun service de chambre. Nous avons été à l’accueil demander, on nous a répondu que cela se faisait tous les 3jrs et bizarrement personne n’est venu. L’odeur insupportable car notre chambre au première étage était au dessus d’un tacos. Très mal insonorisé, vous entendez et la musique et vos voisins toute la nuit. La piscine est inutilisable tellement elle est sale : eau plus que trouble, des pansements qui flottent ect..bref nous avons été obligé de payer des après midi piscine dans d’autres hôtels pour pouvoir se baigner. Inacceptable quand on prend un hôtel avec un service piscine de base. Sans parler du serveur extrêmement désagréable de l’hôtel maxime qui nous a envoyer balader alors que l’on devait avoir un cocktail offert. Seul point positif l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Ne faites pas comme nous, ne RÉSERVEZ SURTOUT PAS!
