Absolutely beautiful room, and even more amazing staff. The staff was very accommodating to any needs and were so kind and helpful. Location was perfect a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back next time we are in Miami!

On January 8, I was sleeping in the room and hotel staff entered it at 9:00 a.m. when I had to check out at 12:00, being a very unpleasant experience. Settled in the heart of South Beach, this cool hotel on Collins Ave has a nice rooftop pool with a bar and food service. The pool is not heated so if you go in the winter, it's chilly. No jacuzzi either but comfy lounge beds. The beach is a block away and they provide lounge chairs and towels free of charge. The rooms are beautifully decorated, yet small and none have balconies. Champagne on arrival, a Budha and a pond as you enter the lobby.

Great customer service. The staff is on point and everyone in the building was very helpful. Love the location. It was on the next street from the *****, which allowed us to have space and not be around so many people 24/7. Great location

There is a thief there who steals your cash and apparently the manager and security all ganged up and share the stolen money. They will ruin your trip, nobody takes care of the issue at the hotel and hyatt doesn’t do anything about it. Do Not go to these thieves and do not ruin your trip.
