The location is good but it advertises great views and it is nothing but an alleyway and a dead-end street. The parking is horrendous because there is none. The door lock on the room acted up all three days we were there and caused us to go back to the front desk on four occasions. The blinds in the room do not close and the shower has two temperatures from scalding to frigid. I booked this for a romantic getaway and it was a horrible experience. One housekeeper was very helpful with extra towels.

I enjoyed it but i soon realize they really nickel and dime people for every penny they can. I stayed for 4 nights and extended my stay they started packing on extra charges later for things i didnt even agree to pay for. The food around the area is great though i will admit but one of the people at the front tried to get me to pay double of what i already paid and then some. That is ridiculous! Sorry to say i cant come back to this hotel if i book a reservation and extended it that should be the end of the deal not nickel and dime people! And since you say i had to pay my deposit after i already paid you yea yall can forget it. My birthday got ruined and i wont be coming here again after i already got the ok to proceed with my reservation. SMH!!!

Location was incredible. Rooms were spacious. We didn’t have a car but everything we needed was a short walk from bar grocery store ihop for breakfast ice cream dinner options. Beach was beautiful. Nice pool area. Would recommend to anybody.

No parking on site but we were able to park in nearby public lots with no issue. Room did smell very strongly of bleach on arrival (some way to air it out would be nice). Pool was closed and it was never communicated in advance (even though details about the pool were sent). Updates in the rooms are a little wonky (so many mirrors) and the kitchen is a little hard to use (dishes and pots/pans inaccessible without climbing the furniture). Otherwise a great place - excellent location, very clean, and the bed was comfy.

Not able to use the pool. It was empty then closed while still not in working order after water in.
But the staff was very nice. Got a suite with view to the ocean . Fantastic for my 2 weeks vacation
