In a great location, beach is right in front of property. Pool bar even though it definitely has the old rundown look too it it’s a nice area.

Service was bad, and personnel was rude. Location was great but service, couldn’t say the same thing. They don’t clean the rooms until you leave.

Terrible service, We booked a room one day before, when We arrived, front desk was closed so We have to call to a number where they took 1 hour to find our reservation, they put me on hold several times after 1 hour wait on the phone call the lady on the phone want to come to Alexander hotel do to the paper work in order to get my room….whats going on!!! Where do you see this situation in the world??! You booked a room in a hotel but when you get there they ask to go to another hotel to fill the paper work in order to check in??! Horrible experience at 1:30 am , don’t go to this hotel

Buenos días no viajé a Miami estoy y Costa mujeres en el hotel Palladium y 100 %recomendable las habitaciones el trato del personal las piscinas todo impecable ,lo único que le faltaría sería un poco de animación un poco aburrido diría yo pero para las personas que buscan paz y tranquilidad es lo ideal

predio antigo, ,muitos quartos, cama ruim, banheiro basico, localização ok, na praia, mas não recomendo. limpeza deixa a desejar, carro precisa deixar no valet e esse está sempre cheio, piscina com musica alta e não é confortavel, faltam cadeiras, não tem salva vidas

Front desk is super rude. The place is very dated and run down. Understand what you are getting into. This is just a bunch of management companies, no real contact person and if you have an issue, good luck . Is on the beach, but go further south.

Un hotel que supo ser 5 estrellas lujoso hace 50 años, hoy es un conventillo lujoso; sucio, muy sucio, en especial las partes comunes, piscina, pasillos, etc. La recepción o front desk no existe; es una surte de puesto de vigilancia y las personas que atienden son muy poco amables y mal educadas. el departamento desastroso; muy mal mantenido y limpieza cero. La TV no funcionaba, la heladera NO cerraba; todo hace ruido. Lo positivo, es barato, tiene salida al mar, y los locales de comidas y provisiones bien equipados y de calidad. El Valet Parking es gratuito, pero hay que tener paciencia; hemos tenido que esperar hasta 20 minutos por el auto y en una oportunidad lo han dejado con las luces encendidas y se quedó sin batería. Los accesos no tienen vigilancia, tal es así que en la piscina se suelen colar personas que no están alojadas. Muy mala experiencia. Nuevamente; muy mal mantenido y muy sucio.

Oh my god, where do I begin? Service or the condition the room was in???? Front desk staff is rude and will not try to help you in ANY way. The room is absolutely atrocious… patches of paint, damaged furniture, it’s peeling, broken and basic. I don’t want to sound privileged but holy sh*t is this terrible. The walls are completely damaged, cables to the tv running up the wall. We have five hangers and no drawers at all. There’s orange spots on every single wall from got knows what. Mattresses don’t have covers, I am terrified to even look under the sheets. All I can say is that this is the worst possible place you can ever stay in. Im not one to write reviews but they deserve it.
