This hotel was affordable and in a great location. Check in was super easy, and every staff we encounter was so kind and willing to help! Also the door keys are waterproof wrist bands which is super cool.
I only knocked stars off amenities because it should say somewhere that this hotel is 2 floors with no elevator. We were not expecting to have to lug our 50lb luggage up steep stairs and it was quite the workout. I also took stars off cleanliness because while the hotel common spaces were clean, the room bathroom left something to be desired. It just looked like it was cleaned in a super rush, and spots were missed.
Overall I’m VERY happy with my stay, but I felt like it would have been nice to know ahead of time about the elevator.

Hotel is conveniently located but a bit tricky to find initially. The address brings you to the back of the hotel where there’s no through access. There’s no elevator so be prepared to haul your bags up the narrow staircase. There’s also no pool, I’m not sure where this picture listed is from but it’s definitely not here. The owners work at the hotel and are the servicing agents, cleaners, etc. so they try to make your experience a good one. They were friendly and attentive during our stay. I would recommend for an adult trip, the elevator and lack of pool may make traveling with kids a bit more challenging.

Do NOT stay here. It’s cute but very limited. The bed is propped on a make-shift platform of 3 bars going across, which were sticking out and I scratched my calf on more than once. The window doesn’t lock and we’re on the 1st floor. The tv doesn’t work and there is barely any water pressure in the shower, which has a hole drilled into it which is very SUSPECT. Of course the manager is not available on weekends.

Todos los chicos de recepción son geniales en especial Damian, muy atento, educado y servicial. Pero Alvin necesita mucho trabajar para mejorar su "atención al cliente" por que no es nada bueno.
El hotel muy bueno en ubicación, instalaciones, cercanía de farmacias, LICORERIAS, restaurantes y playa. En limpieza excelente. Instalaciones con buen mantenimiento.

Only two blocks from Ocean Drive and walkable to surrounding areas such as Lincoln Road shopping area. Continental breakfast was good. Did not have coffee/tea making facilities in the room, which would have made the stay much better.
