Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits 1 nuit la semaine dernière avant de partir en croisière.
L’hôtel est très bien placé et très calme.
La piscine sur le toi est très agréable.
Big up au personnel de la réception / voiturier très professionnel et adorable !!!
De petites attentions qui font la différence.
Nous reviendrons à coup sûr lors de notre prochaine séjour sur Miami.

Nice hotel friendly knowledgeable staff,nice pool area,good italian style restaurant in the evening(one downside no morning breakfast facilities but coffee shop and other facilities close at hand) Well situated just off lower end of mid beach area,5minute walk to beach,try Mamas Tacos and Burghermeister both on Washington Avenue. Hop on hopoff bus ,local trolley services on corner of Washington and 5th,also 150 Airport transfer bus twice an hour only $2.25 pp,as against $50for taxi

The rooftop pool area is nice and the housekeeping woman was very sweet. The light switch situation was very annoying. Half the time you couldn't turn on the bathroom light without lighting up the entire room. Our patio door didn't lock. It was not the best place we've ever stayed in Miami. It was so so.

Stayed here pre cruise. 15 min to port. Nice place. Fairly spartan room but nice. No breakfast but good bakery with good coffee 5 min walk away.

Absolutely SUPERB stay!!! Clean and modern boutique hotel, spacious and clean rooms, lovely rooftop pool and amenities (coffee machine in room, complimentary bicycle service and beach chairs /towels - HIGHLY recommended. Last but not least I would like to give a HUGE BRAVO for Ms. Melisa who was gave such a wonderful and attentive service right upon check in and throughout the whole stay. Big thank you to her and to Mr. Nicolas as well. Thanks to the wonderful service and attentive people like you, I will come back for sure and recommend to all my friends and family to stay at Urbanica fifth. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

My only complaint was the waiter in the hotels restaurant essentially forgetting about us. Never asked us if we wanted drink refills or really checking in on us.
