The entire experience was wonderful. I hosted a group of 15 ladies and we had no issues. The manager surprised us with a bottle of champagne. We will definitely return.

The room was a nice size. Liked that it had washing machine, toaster oven and microwave. Didn't mind the walk to Ocean Drive and Lincoln, and felt safe to walk.. a few nice local restaurants in neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for anyone not wanting to be in the noisy/expensive Ocean Drive/Collins Ave area.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits en famille au ABAE, l'hôtel est bien placé, à environ 15 mn à pieds de Océan Drive, station de bus a 2 mn à pieds. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées. Les finitions sont médiocres et la propreté n'est pas satisfaisante, les sols sont sales et les équipements de la salle de bains sont dégradés.Le service était satisfaisant.

The ABAE Hotel was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was quiet and calm, and the rooms were clean and all the amenities were outstanding. Would love to stay here again!

Stayed at the Abae in Feb for 5 nights. We loved it. It’s a stylish apartment hotel. We got this at a great price and it was nice to have the extra space (living room and kitchen area). The rooms are a little worn but it didn’t interfere with our stay and considering the price we paid it wasn’t an issue. The hotel is a short walk from most things we didn’t mind walking so it wasn’t a problem but there is the option of using the free trolley service (stop pretty much at the end of the block) and lyfts/uber and cheap and easy to come by. There are also a few shops close by to get some essentials. Roof top pool is a really cool area. Pool is small but perfect to cool off in and there are a few daybeds available and plenty cushions to sit on. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend The Abae and would love to stay here again.

Rather run down hotel. The young lady at check inn was really helpful. The older latin guy the next day did NOT lile his job… Dont go here if you want to be close to beach - takes approx 20 min to walk! Taking a resort of 35 Dollars a day for a pool no larger than a hot tub is an insult!
