Check in was super simple, and the views were great! Beds weren't great. They each had a side that was sinking. Other than that nice place.

This property has all the makings to be a wonderful ApartHotel accommodations. It’s not to my standard as far as cleanliness, once you check in you’re pretty much on your own, no one is checking in to see if you need anything or how your stay is going. You also need to replenish your own cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towel and if you need to wash your sheets or towels, you’ll have to do that yourself. And you’ll need to buy laundry detergent. The door does not close just by shutting it when you’re exiting, you have to scan your key card one to two times and check the handle to make sure that it locks securely. I learned this after leaving the door open for a full day and returning to discover this. Luckily, nothing happened as it is a relatively safe building however, you never know when there could be a rogue element at play. There is access to the parking garage on the very floor that you’re staying on and it would be so convenient to just park there and access your floor from there however, there is no instructions to do so nor access provided so You have to take the long way to and from your car if you have a Car Rental in the public parking garage. From a product development and quality standpoint, the apartments should be deep, cleaned and very sanitary. That will go a very long way for guest satisfaction. Also the Internet connection Was Shoddy

Place was located perfectly, a lot of things in downtown and Brickell. Place was clean and easy to find and access.

Perfect stay! Very simple to get around the area super close to everything especially bayside market

Great location, it was in the center of everything you can find. The cleaniness of the apartment not so much. Walls, switches, and bathroom were dirty. Our oven didn't work. The phone number that was provided for help was not helpful, couldn't get a hold of anyone.

Clean Nice and comfortable. Just not the smell Apartment style. Nice view. Clean. I will say the apartment smelled like fish and couldn’t get rid of the smell. Couldn’t find where it was coming from. 2nd bedroom didn’t have a tv.
