Overall enjoyed our stay at EastMiami. One thing that could be improved upon would be the housekeeping doesn’t come until very late in the day leaving us dealing with overflowing trash cans and unmade beds all day. Even if we called to let them know when we would be out during the earlier hours, they didn’t come until around 5pm at times. Also, the kitchens should be somewhat stocked with basic kitchen pots and pans, etc. Other than that, the hotel was very convenient and well kept. The restaurants were very good. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

El servicio de valet es pesimo, un dia no encontraban mi auto ni mi reservacion, al otro marque y cuando baje me dijeron q no servia marcar antes, y el ultimo no habia nadie al frente del hotel y dejaron el auto hasta atras. un dia la habitacion no la hicieron tuve que marcar a las 4 pm para pedir que la hagan, no dejaban toallas suficientes, el restaurant el quinto mucho que desear sobre todo la comida para los niños, pedi una spaguetti con salsa de tomate y me llevaron catsup, en fin cada vez que he ido ha ido empeorando, es una lastima

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. My husband and I had an amazing stay for his birthday week. Hotel is beautiful and modern. Service was beyond amazing! I will definitely be coming back!
