The staff was helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The gym had enough equipment to get in a full workout.

Such a reasonable price for the amount of space in the room! Loved having the full kitchen and the pool area was lovely. There is a lot of construction going on surrounding the area but the windows blocked out most of the sound.

Very nice area and people. Grocery store and restaurants and mall nearby, walking distance. Cleaning could be a bit better, but was ok. I would stay there again.

A primeira sensação nesse hotel, é que não foram trocados os lençóis dos hóspedes anteriores. Havia cabelos loiros no banheiro, inclusive na toalha e como somos morenos: não eram nossos! O atendente Isaac, estúpido e mal humorado - não respondeu uma dúvida nossa. Grosseiro e arrogante. Conclusão: NÃO VÁ PARA ESSE HOTEL, procure outro.

The condo appeared amazing in photos. Upon arrival, the hotel and condo seemed unfinished and I was confused on whether it was really a hotel or airbnb. The floor was dirty/dusty and there was urine on the toilet seat. Fridge was beeping due to the freezer door not being able to close, but was fixed promptly upon notifying staff. On a positive note, I was impressed by the Bosch appliances and it was nice having a washer/dryer in our unit. The city center mall was a short walk away and overnight parking was $20, which was convenient.
