After booking a room, I went to the front desk to check in and was told that the room had been cancelled. I didn't receive any notification. The intercontinental service was terrible!

Maybe because we were in Miami, most of the hotel staff couldn't communicate in English. It was a weekend and it was during the Ultra Music Festival, so we booked a three-night package for the weekend a month in advance. After checking in at 10 o'clock that night, the hotel unilaterally said that we violated the rules. We refused to listen to any explanation or communicate, and were rudely kicked out of the room by several strong men in the hotel. A female staff member who claimed to be the manager promised to refund the room fee for the next 2 days if we did not check in. We immediately contacted Ctrip, and Ctrip contacted the hotel again, but we were told I was told that the room fee was non-refundable, it was a total loss, and I could not continue to stay. When the hotel is fully booked, is it because the hotel is selling the rooms to other American VIPs? And you don’t want to give it to Chinese guests who made full reservations long in advance? When I went to the hotel to negotiate the next day, the front desk also changed its story and said that refunds were not possible. I asked the front desk which rule it was based on to say that we were violating the rules. The front desk perfunctoryly told us that it was the rule on the official website. On the third day, I booked a new non-committee room through Ctrip again. When I checked in at the hotel, I was informed that the room was unilaterally canceled by the hotel. However, neither the hotel nor Ctrip informed me of the cancellation in advance. How can I get the money back? ? Let me tell Ctrip again that Ctrip is negotiating with the hotel again. How can the staff of this hotel be so disrespectful to consumers? This matter has been complained to Ctrip and IHG Group, but has not yet been resolved. As a five-star group hotel chain, the service is appallingly poor. In the United States, Chinese guests can be bossed around, untrustworthy, and unable to provide hotel terms. I am extremely disappointed with such a hotel that seriously discriminates against Chinese people. I hope everyone can avoid this lightning. . If this matter is not resolved, we will resolutely defend our rights to the end!

The hotel is overall good. The quality of in room service needs to be improved. The waiters were impatient at times and once requested room service but no one came.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient for travel, the room is clean, and the view is very good. Opposite is the cruise ship terminal. The surrounding environment is also great. There is a green park downstairs. It is highly recommended.

There is a car rental agency on the ground floor of the hotel, and it is within walking distance to the beach and seaside commercial services. The view towards the sea is beautiful. Health: good, facilities: complete; service: satisfactory; facilities: complete; environment: beautiful.
