Located in the Blue Lagoon, the environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, and it is a pleasure to enjoy the scenery while eating. The room is large, well equipped and clean. The service is great and they are very helpful when you need help.

Some people may not like it due to the noise factor, which was not bad, but I enjoyed watching the planes arrive and take off.

Jorge is the best driver he took an extra trip just to help us catch the flight he deserves a raise. The accondations were very solid and the pillows were nice the continental breakfast was solid. The highlight was having a convenient shuttle to and from the airport.

Jorge is a great driver! He was amazing at Karaoke and fun person to talk to. He gave great advice and deserves more $$$$$$. Keep this guy!!!! He even had cold water for passengers and offered to drive to locations other than the airport, like for groceries.

Jorge was amazing! He was nice, fast, and helped me with all my mobility issues. He also offered me cold water, which helped A LOT in the Miami summer heat. I just hope he is the individual helping me get back to the airport when it is time for me to return home.

We had a wonderful stay at the Homewood suites. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, rate was reasonable. The included breakfast was appreciated. Our transportation shuttle ride with Jorge in the morning was the best way to end our stay. Jorge was courteous, on time, and extremely helpful. Thank you Jorge and Homewood suites. Highly recommend!

our flight was canceled the night before so it was only a night stay, but the next morning jorge generously helped us get back to the airport on time to make our connecting flight, so big thank you to him and his kindness to make sure we all made our flight back home.

This hotel was far nicer than the other hotels we stayed at pre-cruising. This was a post cruise add-on after flight cancellation. The hotel was beautiful it was clean. It’s very nice to have separate rooms for kids to go to bed at parents to stay awake. it was great having a kitchenette. The only complaint I have about the entire hotel stay was we had requested a wake up call that we did not ever receive so thank goodness the phones were working and got us up on time for our third attempt at flying home.
