I really liked the place. It has a good price for being so central.

The room was very clean and the location was convenient

The location is very good and the attitude of the staff is good. The room is not very big but it has everything you should have. The hotel is probably renovated. The old wooden floors creak when you walk on them. The room is not soundproof and you can basically hear the conversation next door. Basic breakfast is provided.

Excellent place to stay in Miami. Good reception, good amenities, good cleanliness, good location, good price, very good breakfast. The negative points were the fact that to get from the parking lot to the hotel we had to walk on the street for about 40 meters, which is always uncomfortable when arriving at the hotel later. I don't know why there isn't an opening to pass directly from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, but if it's possible to do so, it would be great. Another negative point, which was very unpleasant for us, was the aroma of incense throughout the hotel, including in our room. The impression is that it is spread by the air conditioning. I don't know if anyone likes this smell, but for us it was extremely unpleasant. I suggest stopping using this aroma. Another suggestion is to improve the facade, which gives the connotation of a lower quality hotel than it actually is.
